We offer precision CNC-milled parts made from an extensive range of different materials

• Steel, duralumin (aluminum), stainless steel, cast iron, free-cutting steel, brass, bronze, copper, plastics

With the aid of customer drawings, we manufacture a broad range of milled parts. The raw materials vary, but exceptionally high quality is always assured to meet the needs of specific industrial sectors. We use the following CNC milling machines: MAS-MCV 1000, MAS-MCV 1016, MAS-MCV 500. 

CNC milling is provided either as a batch or one-off production service

• Flat parts
• Long parts
• Cubic parts

Our outstanding facilities enable us to perform the following additional processes

• Conventional face machining
• Surface grinding if required
• Heat treatment
• Finishes: anodized, hard anodized, black oxidized, chrome, hard chrome, galvanized, nickel plated, painted coatings, etc.
