CNC TURNING
We produce precision CNC-turned parts from a large number of different materials
- Steel, duralumin (aluminum), stainless steel, cast iron, free-cutting steel, brass, bronze, copper, and plastics.
Working from customer drawings, we produce a wide selection of turned parts. Many different materials can be used and superb quality is assured to meet the needs of specific industrial sectors. We use CNC turning machines made by Traub, MAS Masturn, and Goodway.
CNC turning is provided either as a batch or one-off production service
- Short turned parts: bushings, washers, flanges, nuts
- Long turned parts: shafts, axles, piston rods
- Pins, bolts
Treatment options
- Polishing, knurling, etc.
- Heat treatment
- Finishes: anodized, hard anodized, black oxidized, chrome, hard chrome, galvanized, nickel plated, painted coatings, etc.
